INFORMATION SHEET AND REQUEST FOR CONSENT PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13 - 23 - 24 – 25 - 26 OF THE LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 196 OF 30 JUNE 2003 (LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA).
In compliance with legislative decree n. 196 dated 30 June 2003, Tomasoni Topsail S.p.A. (hereinafter “Tomasoni”) reports the information sheet as required by said provision.
The Data Processor is Tomasoni Topsail S.p.A., with registered office at Via E. Toti 55, Rapallo (Ge).
Purpose of data processing
Personal data are collected and processed for the purpose of identifying individuals who may collaborate with Tomasoni in various roles and under different types of contracts (internships, projects, training contract, employment contract, fixed-term contract, permanent employment contract, etc.).
Personal data may be processed in relation to the profile of the individual involved also by Companies, Temporary Employment Agencies, or other Organisations in collaboration with Tomasoni for the sole purpose of recruiting and selecting personnel.
This processing is necessary in order to identify and select candidates.
The data processed regard personal details, educational and professional background, and potential belonging to protected groups and are provided by the individual involved by sending his/her curriculum vitae by mail or e-mail.
Data processing methods
All data are processed both manually and with automated tools for the purpose of processing the information in Tomasoni’s possession, and of specific databases, in compliance with the provisions of the abovementioned Law.
Data are stored in a form that allows the identification of the individual involved for a period of time that does not exceed the amount of time necessary to fulfil the obligations established by law.
Provision of data and potential consequences of refusal
In relation to the abovementioned purpose, providing personal data is optional. Failure to provide necessary personal data or to grant the consent to process any potentially sensitive data contained in the curriculum vitae (personal details that may be used to disclose racial and ethnic background, religious views, membership in political parties and/or labour unions, health conditions, pursuant to Article 26) prevents Tomasoni from taking the candidate into consideration.
Communication and disclosure of data
Communication of personal data is carried out in compliance with obligations and provisions by law; publication of such information
is not allowed.

Right of the individual involved
In relation to the processing of personal data, the individual involved is guaranteed the rights pursuant to Article 7 and, in particular, the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence of data that concern him or her, the elimination of data processed in violation of the abovementioned law, and the updating and correction of data according to the methods and cases provided for by law.
